This location closes at 10pm...not 9 like the counter staff behaved. Kitchen staff was friendly and helpful, but front counter staff are rude and seem annoyed over a simple question. Probably because of the manager's bad attitude as well. Sadly, I see quite a few reviews about this location's terrible customer experience, and nothing appears to be done. Even more sad is I was about to place a catering order; never mind that. Do better, Panera Miracle Mile.

Disappointing experience here. Wanted to try their breakfast as I saw a lot of healthy options on the menu. Was left very underwhelmed and the whole experience. Food was passable. Service was nothing special. Decor and atmosphere is cookie cutter and dated...not enjoyable hanging out here. Doubtful id return. Starbucks and Einsteins have a far superior quick breakfast.

I've been to a few Panera Breads locations, and this particular one needs to step it up..the food is generally good, but im also paying for service. The young lady taking my order was rude when I asked for a recommendation. Rather than entertaining me, the costumer, she rolled her eyes at me and said, "uh, I recommend everything, come on!!!". I don't care how great the food is, if you're rude to the costumer you will lose that business. Oh, and their silverware was dirty, both the spoon and the fork; I had to ask for plastic utensils. Not a good experience at this spot, considering I've never had a problem at any other PB.

After a visit and paying for a sandwich I was watching my sandwich being made, the guy making the sandwich made 4 sandwiches opened the refrigerator handled meats and cheeses with the same pair of gloves. I asked the manager and he stated if they dont move from the kitchen area there requirements states they dont need to change them. So they condone cross meat contamination and that is bad. For me the good just for pastries

Chronically understaffed, so the crew seems burned out, and the dining area is filthy. Too often they're more preoccupied with preparing to shut down two hours before closing time than with helping customers who are still walking in. Otherwise, it's a Panera.

Their hot paninis are warm bagels are delicious. All baked items are amazing here! And the adventure continues...

Looking for a filling, delicious, and warm meal? Grab a Panera Bread bowl with any soup you desire. It'll fill you up, and leave you Yelping for more. They cost around $5 and are one of my favorite dishes when I am looking to spend close to nothing on food at work.

Naty K.
The fare here is the same as in every Panera (why wouldn't it be, after all?), but the staff seemed inattentive, and not very friendly. There's also no parking, unless you want to battle it out with everyone who is trying to park on Miracle Mile to visit any one of those establishments, in which case, bring coins, since it's metered parking.

Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Chicken just amazing! All the ingredients conbined with a great seasoning makes this plate taste so good, and the best part 390 calories!

In order to grab something quickly to eat before a theatre show, I stopped off at Panera. I had the Soba Noodle Broth Bowl with Chicken... It was good, not great. It was (word of warning) spicier than I thought it would be. As appetizing as the photo looks on their website and in their literature, it was just okay. I paired it in a "You Pick Two" with the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT, which was just bland. The photo on their website and in their literature looks absolutely NOTHING like what arrived on my plate. I have to applaud Panera for taking the time to post the calories directly on their signage in their stores, and full nutrition details for each product on their website!

Delicious, warm, bread! Sometimes the side baguette with my soup is all I need to get my fix. I like panera, the salads and soups are good ... My fave is the Thai one with the peanut sauce.. Hold the dressing, kinda too tangy. And the chicken tortilla soup is perfect for baguette dunking. Today we had their new turkey egg white sandwich. I thought that they had forgotten to put in the turkey! But its little turkey sausage crumbles... Not enough. And we got the steak egg and cheese. Pretty good. The steak is roast beef fyi. One of my gripes about panera is the meat. Its not the best... They are pretty much cold cuts.. But then again its a bread place. When you do the "You Pick Two" they charge you extra $$ for their "signature" items, which are the only things that look a little more interesting... And the prices end up not being much of a deal. Get their panera card... Why not? Its free :) Its not a points system. You get a bday pastry and all the other promotions or coupons are kind of like a surprise. You never know when you may get a free pastry, 50% off an entree or $1 off something.

You can get just about anything here: breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffees, teas. I stopped in during a quick lunch break. The staff was very personable. Though they have quite an extensive menu, I kept it short and sweet with a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Next time I'm going to have to try one of their signature sandwiches.
Literally just left from eating lunch here before my work shift. Once I was done with my food, I was hanging out looking on my phone, when all of a sudden I notice a COCKROACH on my notebook that was on the table. I walked over to advise the manager, to not make a big deal about it, but he was too busy on the phone to acknowledge me. Definitely not coming here anymore. If there's cockroaches in the lobby, who knows what's in the kitchen. Disgusting.

This Panera falls far short of others that I love. They gave me expired cream cheese last time I was there, and when I went to try to exchange it they didn't even apologize. Their sandwiches seem hastily made - the last panini I got there was basically just toasted bread. Plus, they always run out of bagels after morning.

I love, love love Panera. I don't usually review chains, but hey why not. Panera is great for six reasons, 1) the food is made fresh, 2) it's fast, 4) it's cheap, 5) delicious, 6) it can be healthy depending what you order. I love Panera's salads, there are so many to choose from. The "u pick 2" option is great if you want both a sandwich and salad, or soup and salad or vica-ersa. The price for quality of food is wonderful. I wish more restaurants in Miami could be like Panera Bread. The only thing about this location is that I feel like the are consistently understaffed and you end up waiting here a lot longer then other Paneras I've been to.

I've never been to this place and I have one near me back home. Hahaha! Anyway came here to have lunch with my babe during his lunch break. The ladies were patient with me because I was not ready to order yet and the boyfriend was on the phone. Good service, nice and friendly staff. Spacey interior but limited outside seating. Tomato bisque in a bread bowl was good, cuban chicken sandwich was okay, and chicken chipotle panini was great. Nothing to brag about. The only great deal I would love coming here would be for the fresh baked bread. I'll take that any day then going to a grocery deli section. I'll come back when i'm around either this location or the one by my house.

How has it taken me so long to write this review?! Panera bread, you and near and dear to my heart. If you want a quick, but delicous lunch or dinner head over here. They are really quick when bringing you your food, whether its take out or dine in. The food is always fresh and nicely prepared as well :) PS- Sign up for their rewards card!

I visited Panera on Sunday during Carnaval on the mile. I had a Salmon Club sandwich which was all right. The lines were very long, but that was definitely due to the large crowds on the mile. And, I have to say the food was ready within a few minutes. So, all in all a decent choice.

Fresh bread baked daily? I'm there! I love coming here with friends for a quick, delicious, and affordable lunch. What more could I ask for? They have a "You Pick Two" combo where you can choose half-portions of two out of three items - soups, salads, sandwiches for under $7. It comes with your choice of baguette, chips, or an apple. I always choose something different, but these are the things I know to be good: Chipotle Chicken Sandwhich. It's all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, smoked bacon, smoked cheddar, tomatoes & ancho-chipotle spread. Always good, always tasty. Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Chopped broccoli, shredded carrot and simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce. This soup is delicious cheesy creaminess. It's better than any other brocolli cheese soup I've had. Greek Salad. The romaine lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, peperoncini, red onions, kalamata olives, and greek dressing go perfectly well together. I could eat this salad every day and never get tired of it! The chocolate pastry is the only sweet I've tried so far, and it is very good. It's chocolate filled with semisweet chocolate bars & topped with honey glaze. Warm it up in the microwave they have for customer use, and it's even better! I'm sure all the sweets are delicious though, they sure look like it! They also have a "My Panera" program where you sign up a "points" card and every time you swipe the card you get some kind of freebie ranging from complimentary items in the bakery-cafe, free signature smoothies and drinks, to exclusive tastings and demonstrations. So far, I've gotten 3 free lemonades and 4 free coffees. :)

One of my favorite spots for a quick, cheap breakfast. Their asiago cheese, onion and poppy seed or Cinnamon toast bagel along with a hazelnut coffee does it. Only bad part about this location is metered parking. Not their fault. Damn Coral Gables!

It's where I go when I need some comfort food like their French Onion Soup. I also love their sandwiches with the taste of the freshly baked bread. I love the Bacon Turkey Bravo with smoked turkey breast, bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes on the Tomato Basil bread. The meal would not be complete without dessert.... today, I had the carrot cake.

I love that there's a Panera Bread on Miracle Mile! This place is great for breakfast on the weekends if you're not in the mood to wait in line at some of the other area brunch spots. The French onion soup and the sierra turkey sandwich are my lunch favorites, and my husband swears by their asiago cheese bagels...no matter the time of day. It's a great spot for a quick, yummy meal.

You know, for a moment I was going to give it 4 stars, but hey this place really deserves 5. The food was delicious despite its low calories (damn those calorie listings on their menu). The service was good, the ladies were friendly and our cashier in particular was very patient with us as we contemplated our choices and in the end she helped us with our decision. The food came quickly, and one lady helped me pick up our trays ( I still don't know if I'm supposed to throw it away or if they are)... There was only one sourpuss guy that when I asked if I could drink the tea (there was a sign that said- use the other one, this is brewing- maybe not huh? lol), he was like "umm ya" as if I was crazy- and I told him there was that sign... He looked at it super pissy and then was like "ya, whatever"... I don't know what was wrong with him, but there's no reason to knock off a star because of that douche... I will definitely be back, fresh, tasty, and affordable... Mmmhmm! (I'll just steer clear of the short-stack wearing a scowl)

It's always consistent at Panera, regardless of which one you frequent. Enjoyed my oatmeal and latte while listening to a work conference call. There's an end in sight to this work week, yeah - Homeward bound!

Friendly staff, food on par with other locations, clean(though it is brand new), pastry treat for 99 cents with any meal purchase, they deliver food to your table, wifi(like all paneras) Food was fine, though i do get sick of places that have only romaine or worse yet, iceberg as their "greens"... neither type of lettuce is very green at all.

This one in particular is right near my job so I love to drop in during lunch and just decompress for a while. The staff here are all polite and friendly. There's usually jazz or soft rock playing in the background and there's an outdoor area to people-watch as you eat. As for the food, I'm in love with their soups, the french onion or the tomato basil are my faves, and the turkey artichoke panini is my go to sandwich. Mmmm, artichokes..... Anywho... They've also got these new real fruit smoothies under 300 calories. The strawberry with ginseng is the best I've tried.

I have always come for either breakfast or lunch and I cannot recall a bad experience. The place is always clean and the servers are always very nice and helpful. The bagels are awesome! My favorite is the French Toast Bagel which tastes like an actual french toast. I love the Smokehouse Turkey sandwich. It has a unique and flavorful mustard that compliments the sandwich so much. The pastries have always been very delectable. Any person who loves sweets will definitely enjoy dining at this restaurant.

I was in the Coral Gables area and wanted to have a nice meal without spending too much. I heard Panera Bread opened in the area so I ventured to try it. I asked about the My Panera Reward program in which I got signed up quickly. it is a great rewards program! I ordered from the Try 2 menu which one can get one cup of soup or salad with a sandwich. I ordered a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup and the Tomato & Mozzarella Panini. I loved the way that my meal was at my table after a few minutes by a server. Since I ordered the Panini I was given a choice of an apple, chips or bagel. I chose apple along with a large Orange Juice. The panini was the best I had ever eaten. Soft and hot with plenty of tomato and mozzarella cheese. The apple was small but it was fresh and juicy. It was a great size as my "dessert." My server only came by my table to see how I was doing and if everything was good. While I had a very good experience the reason I can not give it a 5 star rating is that I found the soup to be a bit too salty. It could be because I now eat foods with low or no sodium. So my palate could be confusing me. The ambiance was nice and calm (something I needed for a quiet Saturday) and a great place to read a book, study or work with your laptop while eating your meal. An overall good experience!

That location is ok. The service is usually good and quick. I go there to get some work done once in a while. However, I've seen cleaner tables/chairs. Their pastries are fine. I'm not a big fan of then hot chocolate which I find over sweet. The latte is ok.

Because it's new it still has that new place look :). I'm just excited to have a Panera that's closer than North Beach, as well as having the bonus of being clean and having good service! They bring the food to you instead of having you stand there wait for it, which is a nice touch. They also come and get the dishes from your table when your done. Little perks like this, as well as the Panera rewards card make this place a welcome addition to the Mile.

Love the combos!! Although it is a bit on the expensive side for a "fast food" place, the food is real good. I like that they have the calories next to each mean, atleast it allows you to try and make a conscious decision about what you're eating.

It was my first time ever in one and I went in because EVERYONE was talking about it. It is really nice looking on the inside! The bakery section with pastries and bread is organized beautifully and the staff is super helpful! They helped me set up a Mypanera account where you give them a little card when you buy something to get rewards. You get a free pastry on next purchase after setting it up. Its a pretty neat little concept that is not normally seen with food... It's also very clean and I like that when you order something and you sit down an wait a bit the staff actually brings your food to your table with forks, knifes and paper! Also free wifi and like 3 tables outside. Very chill and nice for people watching. Had a small issue first day due to an.. Embarrassing situation with an employee but a manager gave me a callback immediately to apologize for incident which is why I'm still putting 5 stars. I've been to other places where an employee can say something or do something that may be in poor taste and bad etiquette and no one takes responsibility but the fact that they are attentive deserves a good score. I've been back three times already and always had a great experience

Enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the free wireless internet.
